Not sure where to begin?
Answers to common questions, and a few conversations about what therapy is like.
A good first step is a conversation.
You do not need to have it figured out. Most people begin with a consultation to talk through what brings them in and whether we are a good fit.

What happens in a first conversation?
We begin with a consultation to talk through what brings you in and whether we are a good fit. You can ask me anything about how I work, and there is no pressure to decide on the spot.
What are sessions like?
Sessions are 45 minutes by secure video, at a standing time that fits your week.
Where do you see clients?
Sessions are virtual, for clients located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida at the time of the session.
Do you take insurance?
I work with private-pay clients and provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check your plan’s out-of-network benefits with your insurer.
Do you work with individuals, couples or both?
Both. Individual therapy is depth-oriented and psychodynamic. Couples therapy uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which looks at the cycle between partners.
How do I schedule?
Use the button below to book a consultation, or visit the contact page with any questions first. Current clients can sign in through the client portal.
What if I am in crisis?
This practice is not an emergency service. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.
